We are very proud to report that we are also maintaining a 6 year old partnership with our costumer in this event series.

During the first years we were a big event crew which had been reduced to only 2 responsible head agencies last year.

As technical agency we were able to support this event series from the very first beginning. As there had been a change of event/transport agency this year we needed to take also the part as consultant for the new agency. Which was a big challenge and not easy.

We would like to say thank you to our costumer for the loyalty and fairness over the years!

 

Profile: Consumer products launched by HP combined with training for large national distributors.

Location: 8 countries and up to 14 cities

Timeframe: 3 months; Event length 1 day to 1 week depending on location; Project preparation 2 months

Participants: Per country, 50 - 100 per day

Equipment: Cameras, printers, consumer PCs, flat screen monitors, network, WLAN, Web-Access, back office infrastructure

Tasks:

  • Provide all required devices and infrastructure
  • Transport all equipment within required timeframe
  • Install and maintain all infrastructure
  • As required, assist in product presentation on the basis of in-depth knowledge of new products
  • Unpack and reload the show trailers
  • Dismantle and pack all equipment
  • Event management in association with the customer's representative and the location owner

Challenges:

  • Pre-visits to the various plannend locations not possible
  • Required to master products still in development as a basic for the installation
  • Extreme time pressure with no margin for error
  • Regional/national requirements
  • Ensure sufficient equipment and parts, as well as accessories
  • Theft prevention
