Photokina 2012

18th - 23rd of September, 2012 in Cologne

Every two years there is one focal point in the sector: photokina, the World's leading imaging fair. Photokina brings together the industry, trade, professional users and end consumers with a passion for photography - in a way no other event can match.

comXpert was engaged in the RPS (Retail Photostudio System) area and in the Graphics area of HP.

First of all we had to place and create the network and cabling structure as well as laying the cables onsite on the booth.

In the meantime we organized all printers, pcs, monitors, supplies and other necessary equipment.

Having done so, we installed the special software needed on the different systems.

Also the transport to and from the fair was organized beforehand.

On the fair itself, we were responsilbe for the placing and installation of all equipment parts to the dedicated areas.Having our own booth internet was mandatory ;-)

During the show, we helped our client to present all systems as well helped out for sales presentations and discussions.

After the fair we of course took care of the return handling of before sent material to the fair, organized the direct equipment transports to potential customers and also cared for the return organization of our clients and our equipment.

Well, it was a lot to do and a lot of equipment volumn had been moved by us and installed. We give our special THANK YOU to our staff who did a very professional job on this show!
