Mobile World Congress 2014

Barcelona, 24. – 27.02.2014

Since 1987, the GSMA Mobile World Congress (MWC), with its focus on the latest mobile products and technologies takes place annually in Barcelona. With its exhibitors number of 1800 and with 85000 visitors it can be reasonably called: the biggest mobile fair of the World.

First of all main and important topic for us had been the organization of all customers‘ equipment. Equipment had been coming from all over the World to Barcelona and we had been responsible of coordinating, surveying the transports and helping with the customs clearance.

Having done so, we had been responsible for the IT installation on our customers booth and for those of multiple meeting rooms. Finally we had been also responsible for the product exhibition in the side event of HPs’ CEO, Meg Whitman.

Being very successful in performing with all tasks,issues and challenges, we are right now in planning the next MWC 2015, 02. – 05.03. in Barcelona.
