ITU Telekom World 2009

In March 2009 we had been asked by Swisscom AG for urgent support of one of their events. Swisscom AG had taken over the technical responsibility for the ITU Telekom conference in Geneva and was searching a reliable partner for the organisation of 56 multifunctional printers, their implementation in the 3 event networks und their surveillance during the event.

Of course we could help immediately; this is our normal business.

We had been given half a year for planning. Thus, we allocated our different printer to the reasonable areas onsite and in addition we organized its toner cartridges due to possible usage. Together with Swisscom and its partners we configurated three network areas and installed them. It is a matter of fact that we - of course- also took care of the customs clearing of the equipment and its transport.

The event set-up was planned within one week and the event itself took place within one week too.

We were very proud that everything went smoothly without any problems and that our customer was more than satisfied and thanked us especially.
