Profile: technical planning, consultation and implementation of technical stand; installation of devices and infrastructure, as well as technical support and customer support during the tradeshow

Location: Cologne, October 2006 and 2008

Timeframe: Given pre-planning and preparation from ONLY 3 weeks!!! (in 2006) and 3 month (2008); Construction 4 days; Duration 1 week; Dismantling 2 days

Visitors: Approx. 6,000

Equipment: Digital cameras (2006), Photokiosk-Systems,HP Photosmart printer und All-In-Ones, latest HP DesignJets, consumer PC's and laptops

Tasks:

• Technical planning and consultation in relation to the tradeshow stand
• Provide all devices and necessary infrastructure
• Logistics organization and transport of equipment
• Install and maintain all infrastructure
• Manage the tradeshow stand and two press centers during the tradeshow
• Dismantling equipment
• Distribution of latest equipment to several European countries

Challenges: 

• The given time frame of ONLY 3 weeks demanded full concentration, know-how, flexibility and strength of the whole comXpert crew!!! YOU ALL HAVE DONE A GREAT JOB!!!
• The transport of 5 x 40 to. trucks
• Technical implementation and management of the required Experience Areas
• Implementation of an anti-theft concept for handheld devices
