Profile: technical planning, consultation and implementation of technical printing center; installation of devices and infrastructure as well as technical and customer support at the main event and the different workshops in terms of event presentations and workshop manuals

Location: Cannes

Timeframe: 1 month of planning and organization, 0.5 days for setup, 5 days for the conference and 1 day for disassembly

Visitors: approximately 3000 CISCO systems user

Equipment: the printing center will be driven with MFP printers

Tasks:

Technical planning of the printing center and consultation of personnel
Organization of all hardware and the required infrastructure
Logistics organization and transport of equipment
Installation and setup of equipment and all infrastructure
Support at the booth for the main conference as well as for the different workshops
Dismantling of equipment and infrastructure
Challenges:

Workshop manuals and presentations must be printed on time and according participation number.
