SSP Conference in Barcelona

From 17th September till 21st September, 2006

Profile: technical planning, consultation and implementation of technical stand; installation of devices and infrastructure as well as technical and customer support at the main event in the conference center and at three Internet cafes located at hotels in the vicinity

Location: Barcelona

Timeframe: 2 months of planning and organization, 2 1/2 days for setup, 5 days for the conference and 2 days for disassembly

Visitors: approximately 1000 preferred partners of Hewlett-Packard

Equipment: newest commercial PCs and laptops

Tasks:

• Technical planning of the booth and consultation of personnel organization of all hardware and the required infrastructure
• Logistics organization and transport of equipment
• Installation and setup of equipment and all infrastructure
• Support at the booth, during the main conference event and at various Internet cafes and telephone conferences
• Dismantling of equipment and infrastructure

Challenges:

Simultaneous support of the main conference, various Internet cafes located in hotels in the vicinity as well as special telephone conferences involving general managers.
