The biggest internal European PPS happening since 13 years. This event series was very challenging for our complete company. Technical crew, Event crew as well as the Print Shop crew had to work very hard to make this happen.

4 business areas (supplies, home consumer printing, laser jet printing & printing solutions as well as the retail department) executed back to back within one week in 2 hotels in Lisbon their annual internal meeting.

500 participants in total and the HP European high level management changed news about their categories, strategies, trained on new products as well as educated on special ink and toner development. In addition, the events were an ideal cross country networking platform.

The comXpert team was responsible for the product allocation, organization, installation, transport and onsite handling. With our very deep experience we all had been able to consult our client on the best possible flow and planning. Onsite we were responsible for the different dry runs of presenters, the Internet, Wireless functions, the right placing of products as well as giving the participants some demonstrations on the latest printer portfolio in the experience area.

But we have also taken care for stationary, sticking plasters, liquids to execute the ink demonstrations, lost people and a good mood on the set (singing loud with the clients: “MY GIRL” from the Temptations!
