10 years Labs and we contributed all our strentgh within the last 7 years.

For each event agency it had been a big honour to organise again this event although we had to deal with very sad news.

Malgorzata Goralska, HP IPG EMEA Consumer PR Manager for the last ten years and responsible for this event, announced during the LAB 2007 that she will leave HP. Thus, she took the opportunity to say goodbye to her HP colleagues, international Analysts and Journalists as well as to her event team which had supported her for the last years.

We hardly meet customers like her which make such events so successful without loosing the target messaging and the economic point of view. Despite of this company duties she had been able to build up her own event team by not treating them as simply suppliers but as serious partners, so she treated us all very fair. This was real a big curiosity! The success of the event shows, that she was doing right!

To the event details:

Profil: Information for international IT-Press and analysts concerning new HP products and technology.

Location: Lisbon / Portugal

Timeframe: 2-3 days; Installation 1-2 weeks; Dismantling 1 week; Poject lenght 4 months

Participants: Approx. 500 newsman and 20 analysts

Equipment: New products, network Web-Access, back-office infrastructure

Extras: Installation of Wireless Internet cafe's and international telephone conference

Tasks:

• Creative input for the preparation of the presentations
• Logistics organization for the transport of the equipment within the project timeframe
• Install and maintain all infrastructure
• As required, assist in product presentation on the basic of in-depth knowledge of new products
• Dismantle and pack all equipment
• Event managment in association with the customer's representative and the location owner

• Required to master products still in development as a basic for the installation
